What is the best Natural (NO steroids) muscle mass building program out there?

I don’t care if it’s a book format or ebook. What I’m really looking for is how to cycle your workout routine for an entire year so you don’t overtrain and the body doesn’t get used to the exercises. Nutritional information would be a bonus but is not a must. Thanks.
I am mainly looking for routines and how to set them up. I appreciate your answers, but I have been lifting for over 4 years now and have been there and done that with creatine and protein. I know that you do not necessarily need either of these to get huge. I know many exercises, I just don’t know how to incorporate them into week/month long routines and then how to switch up either the exercises or reps/sets-this is what i’m really looking for.

    I know that a lot of body builders are starting to use creatine, which is an all natural supplement, taht can be found in Vitemin pills, and some protien powders also offer it. It works very well in building up your muscles with no bad side effects. Other then that, just a lot of protien during the time you are working out

    Max OT or Westside barbell
    and look for Max OT training for westside articles

    Basically work out hard and heavy, get enough protien, eat enough food and you will build muscle.

    Personally I focus on deadlift, squat and bench and then do otther exercises to help augment those.

    EDIT TO ADD:

    The Max OT does give you a whole plan.

    Personally what I like to do is Lower back on Tuesday (Deadlift, hyper-extensions, good mornings), Bench on Thurs (flat, decline and incline), Legs on Saturday (Squat till you drop) and Sunday I do upper back / shoulders (lat pull downs, pull ups, upright rows, seated rows, shrugs)

    well ordinary excersises that u do often plus
    1st megamass protien 2 cups daily
    2 amino acid tabs(of any genuin type) 2 tabs befor and tabs after the escersise..
    this is the best non steroid regim
