Is there any way to convert a ebook in german to english?>?

Yeah, well I found one of the ebooks I’ve wanted, but the only problem is is that it’s in German.
I need English..cause I don’t speak German.

Is there a program out there that converts the writing from the Ebook to English?>…I would really appreciate it if anyone helped.

    Only thing is that you have to use copy & paste option to get your German text translated to English.
