question about.cbr files? ebook / ereader?

I downloaded a comic book torrent and using utorrent got the file or whatever. It is a cbr file, how do I read it? I think I need to download some kind of program to read it because it seems that I can’t read it with what’s on my computer right now. What do I do, I’ve never dealt with a .cbr file before?
