I want to make an E-Book that shows a website LIVE? Any software possibilities?

Hello, I am having trouble finding the right software that I need. I have downloaded various software titles and none of them have what I want. I want to make an E-Book that looks just like a web browser (which most of the software titles I used had) but I want to be able to view what is on the page currently (every second of the day), so all I have to do is change the html web page file and it’ll automatically change the EBook as well. With every program I’ve used so far, if I try to insert a web page (www.blahblah.com, for example) instead of interpreting it as a live web page, it makes it a temporary page (which means it wants to save it to the hard drive of my computer), which obviously isn’t what I want. Does anyone know any titles that will make a LIVE html viewing E-Book? Anyone (The first person) who gives me a link to the right software will get a GUARANTEED BEST ANSWER!
I have software that I sell on my site that was specifically made for this purpose, but it’s not free. Not expensive, but not free.
