recipe book/ebook?

I travel a lot and have to take cooking recipes with me on laptop/cd for computer use…..
any suggestions on how to present the recipies in a professional way working with a special program????
or ebook???
I am looking for a blank ebook or something similar so that I can transfer my own recipes as well as photographs.
thanks already for some of the help received
As I am at sea a lot I do not always have access to the internet and as such need something I can access from my computer….. with a lot of the ebook samples you need internet connection

personally like cooks.com
That sounds interesting…. you might want to take a look at this to see if it will work for your project:
i suggest you simply put the recipes into Word or OpenOffice and lay them out as you wish
also, if you want them in an ebook style go to and download pdf995 which converts word documents to pdf format – its free and you simply print your document to pdf995
Ohh I want your job, what do you get to do that you get to travel and share recipes? Do you get to make them as well?
I really am jealous.
Oh yeah how to present them? I like powerpoint myself, it’s pretty easy to use.
As a chef, I usually use excel for it (so I can convert basic recipes to bulk), however most of my friends who are home cooks, use allrecipes.com It’s similar to yahoo answers, where you can post all your recipes, keep track, share, and save your favorite recipes, as well as others are able to test and comment on them. It’s very helpful for them.
