Could somebody tell me which author or which is the best book (Ebook in PDF format) to learn C programming or CPP programming? From the scratch to the core. Pls suggest. If possible pls provide the link as well. Thanks

There are many books out there. For now, I run a website for people who want to learn programming from scratch (C++ or Java). As of now, there are 18 C++ tutorials.
