Ebook program

Other than “.pdf”. And what’s a good program, with bookmarks and etc, for reading this format, and converting it, too, if you don’t mind.

ok friends……my instructor asked me to prepare an assignment on what all are the activities and operations happening when a compiler compiles a program (say a C or C++ program)…….i have to prepare it to a minimum of 10 to 15 pages with all the details………can u suggest me any idea or any sites that i can refer to for this assignment…even an ebook will do……

I downloaded a Ebook which was of .chm format? Someone tells me it is windows help file, but no matter which program i use it wont open. This file is real big approx 20 mb. Please help me out with this.

also Can i convert it to pdf using any free utility?

I have downloaded some number of free ebook but the sound quality is VERY BAD!!! The bitrate is only 8kbps. I try to convert it to MP3 or WAV by upgrading the Bitrate to 64kbps and frequency to 24,000 Hz but the results is not very satisfactory. Do u know, are there any ideas to improve the sound quality?

In my convert program, there are Max Bitrate (from 8 – 320) and Quality (from 0 – 9) under VBR. I doesn’t know, what is that for! If i selete those, the converted files will be huge… any ideas??

Okay, I plan on making my first website. I’m starting pretty big(risky, I know). I want it to be like one big book, where the viewers can flip through the pages by clicking on the pae corners

My website wil have pages of information. It will be like a book, where they flip through the pages in a chapter.

I am a beginner in HTML. (I’m still learning things like inserting anchors) How difficult would this be to make?? Is there a program(I can’t afford Dreamweaver!!!) that will make this for me?
