can i able to sell my ebook of data communication?

I took the content from internet and other books. So, can i able 2 sell that ebook or will their be a copyright problem. I did my ebook in flash software.

well, if the content was off of someone else’s site of publication, you will be plagiarizing, i would say that selling it is out of the question. you must also give credit where credit is due, give your sources, as to not upset the creator and sill break copyright laws.

If the content you took was considered Public Domain knowledge then you can use it but legally not charge for it as it is Public Domain Information.
If someone else wrote the article and you have reproduced it, even in another format you have breached copyright law and as such cannot sell it, but may use it for your own purpose of knowledge.
If you wrote the articles you want to publish in an E-Book but have included excepts from other writers then you have to give accord to those contributors and technically have their permission to include their work in your publication.
I would be happy to review your material if you wish to have it vetted for legality mail it to as an attachment and ensure you include a genuine email address for return of article with comments and advise to avoid legal issues
