If you have any graphics in your original text, delete those--they will NOT translate well on the Kindle--then take your MSW format and convert it to straight HTML to upload to the KINDLE system. You should be able to get it all done in a couple of hours, once your Amazon seller account is in place. Sales wise, I'm very pleased and somewhat surprised. I've sold hundreds of copies of THE BLACKGLOOM BOUNTY via the Kindle arena. I've tried several price points--$2.95 seems to be the hot range--any higher and your sales will suffer. Payment is elongated at Amazon, but hey, it's like free money since there is virtually no cost in the copies you sell. By far the best aspect (especially for a new author) is the extra exposure Amazon offers. I get new readers from the Kindle crowd who then go over and buy the hardcover versions.
