Where i can get free software to make ebook covers?

I’m a teacher and i have my personal website about my teaching just for my students. I also provide link to them to download all my notes (in pdf format). Instead of link i give to them, i think it rather cool i name my notes as ebook, which i can display the cover to make my website more interesting. So can u tell me where i can get the ebook covers for free? Thank you.
You could actually create your own covers if you wanted, and they would be more specific to your requirements.
Make a flat image of your ebook cover using Paint.NET for example, then import it into a program called 3D Box Shot Maker which will give it perspective etc.
