    sk8ing helps agility. thats all i know.i dont recommend it though because ur wrestling

    For endurance start lifting weights, do high rep sets, say between 12-15 reps. This will help build muscle endurance & of course help you increase strength if you don’t already lift weights. Also go for long distance jogs, this will increase your cardiovascular endurance.

    For agility go for a run for like 30 minutes this will get you some endurance..after that do some good stretching routine after it! this will increase you’re agility and flexibility and for endurance do some body weight exercises which are in the reps 15+ and dont do everything everyday.. do it like 3-4 times a week and remember to eat good :D
