		<description>For agility go for a run for like 30 minutes this will get you some endurance..after that do some good stretching routine after it! this will increase you&#039;re agility and flexibility and for endurance do some body weight exercises which are in the reps 15+ and dont do everything everyday.. do it like 3-4 times a week and remember to eat good :D</description>
