Course’s for C++ and recommendation’s?

Ive searched all my local community college’s and have only found one online program for C++. It doesn’t go to far in depth. Can someone give me a good online course for C++ where i can receive my C++ certification. Im not expecting it to be free cause i don’t want this to be bogus, i want to receive real certificate Thanks for any and all help. BTW Tutorials, EBook Books, Anything you recommend learning C++ will be taken in to advisory. Im not new to programming and computers in general, But what i know isn’t anything fancy. Thanks again
