is there a software out there that can translate text on a cd rom book?

I have an ebook on cd rom….its in spanish…and i do not read spanish…I was wondering if there is any software out there that can be used to translate text when you can;t highlight since it is a flash player………and help would be greatly appreciated

have you tried google translate??
you copy and paste the text, and voila! google translates
