well there are lots of programs for that . do you want to just make a pdf ? acrobat 7 pro ( not reader) lets u put all kinds of elements into a document pictures, links, flash, video, html that shoudl do the trick i would google it and find one thats free. acrobats kinda pricey or you can get it of demonoid or bit torrents.
