how risky is the google payload program?

I’m thinking about purchasing this ebook about traffic arbitrage. The concept seems original, legit and very doable. However, I was wondering if anybody knows how risky the program is. I know that you are purchasing traffic, so that means money is leaving my pocket, is it very likely that I will LOSE money with this program? Is it even possible to lose money? If somebody could elaborate a little more on the subject, that would be great.

Just consider this: anything that sounds too good to be true is most likely just that.
I’m not familiar with google payload but I’ve seen numerous identical sites over the years, 99.9% are scams designed to take your money. The other 0.1% involves semi-legal proposals and deep understanding from you about possible outcomes such as being banned by search engines.
There are a load of Google scams. They’ll probably just take your $$ for the book, then leave you high and dry. Purchasing traffic is a blackhat method, and Google does penalize sites that do blackhat traffic building methods.
