Do Teens Have Ability To Pay Online?

I have a ebook that I would like to market to teens, but I’m not sure if teens would have the ability to pay using say PayPal or credit card.

What do you think?

    I bought stuff online at 16 after I got a job and checking account. I’m sure many richer kids know their parent’s #s as well

    I hope you understand that by teens you mean late teens 18+ because minors under 18 can’t get credit cards or use pay pal for that matter.
