Also, if it sells well, do I need to get a business bank account or will my existing personal bank account be okay? I’m in England.

Sell it on you will have to give some of the profit to the affiliates promoting your site, but the good thing is you wont have to do any advertising for it because all the affiliates will be doing that for you, which will save you money in the end.
