I have an Ipod shuffle and put a 4 hour ebook on it. How can I break it into tracks to avoid ong fastforward?

I have to hold down the next button for 10 or more minutes. Can the ebook be broken into tracks and/or if there a faster way to fast foward.

    Having owned a shuffle, I can tell you that no, there isn’t a way to break it up. Unless you have a mac, or access to one. If you can, import the song to garage band, and separate it into tracks that way. In fact, any music editing software would do the trick.
