I want to know how to lose weight fast naturally and keep it off. I found a good free ebook at http://weightlosshelpcenter.blogspot.com/ thats good but wanted to know if I should try some of the fast weight loss pills on the market? I want to lose like 50 pounds by the end of the week. Thanks

    Are you serious? You can’t lose 50 pounds in a week. I’ve lost 30 pounds since december first by cutting my calorie intake and running or an hour a day and that’s conside3red good. 50 in a week is physically impossible.

    You want to lose 50 pounds by the end of the week… and today is Saturday. Unless you undergo lipo suction it is impossible. Also taking pills is NOT natural, eat healthy, drink tea/water no soda or high sugar drinks.

    if you’re gona take a weight loss pill.. isn’t that not losing weight naturally? i think the natural way is just to combine a goot diet of lots of fruits and veggies w/ aerobic exercises

    Its a lot simpler then people make it out to be, all you have to do is burn more calories than you eat, weight lifting doesn’t help much for weight loss, long runs are good (4-7 miles isn’t as hard as you might think). Make sure you eat small yet regular meals DON’T SKIP MEALS it turns your body on to starvation mode and starts storing fat. However unless your a wrestler or something I would not advise losing 50 pounds in one week it is VERY unhealthy, I would say 2-3 weeks MINIMUM.

    Start a diet – any diet you find and like, as many of them are really working. I can suggest you Winter diet as you can eat as much as you want.
    Exercise – it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance,swim
    If you would like to continue – change the diet after two weeks – start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular diet
