You can actually sell ebooks in ebay as long as you are the copyright owner of the ebook in question… Just make sure to list it in Everything Else>Information Products
If you are not the copyright owner, then just make sure you have a way to prove you have resell rights to the ebooks you are selling and you can go to places such as freebids.net or warriorforum.com and set a WSO (Warrior Special Offer)
