I need a program that creates a list of e-books (pdf) found in my hard disk. any help ?

Hello
All i need is a ready made program that creates a “list” of the books which i have on my disk , because it’d take a long time if i make them on my own.
example : say i have 100 books in 3 folders, the program should count them, and make a heirarchy and a list of the files inside the folders and arrange them by name.
The question is : is there any program that does this ? if yes, what is it ?

you might want to try a desktop search program like google desktop search (http://desktop.google.com/), copernic (http://www.copernic.com/en/products/desktop-search/index.html), or windows desktop search (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/desktopsearch/downloads/default.mspx#wds1). All of them are free and will find stuff for you.
