Ezine advice needed, anyone?

I have a newly written ebook “Newbie Affiliate Marketing Guide”. Does anyone have the details of the best ezines I should advertise my ebook in?

I know it should be geared towards newbies but I dont know the ezine market very well.

How do you cite ebook quotations MLA style?

I’m writing a critical analysis on Salinger’s The Catcher in the Rye. Unfortunately, the only copy at my library was missing quite a few pages, so I the bulk of my reading online. I have the bibliography’s citation made already, but I’m not sure how to properly cite a direct quote within the paper. It usually goes parentheses with author and page number. However, ebooks lack page numbers, My English teacher isn’t exactly sure how to cite ebook quotes either.

All I want to do is import my address book. This program wants to know my old e-mail address and my new one?

I don’t have an old e-mail address. I trashed my Outlook Express by accident. It’s a shame as Outlook Express was really easy to use while this one is very confusing.
