Have you tried using google adwords, submitting to various search engines, linking up with other sites, selling on auction sites and then putting a link to your site in the reply email.
Example, when someone has ordered send a email and at the bottom put:

Just a few ideas there, not sure if you have tried any but could be worth a try.
