It depends how much it is worth.
For example if comparable information is worth $100 and you sell it for $5 that will be too cheap. Conversely if comparable information is available free on the web and you sell it for $5 that is too expensive.
I suggest you give away ten copies to people who are interested (find them on a business forum) and ask them in return how much they would have paid for it.
