Problems downloading the eBook library?

For Christmas, I received and eBook reader thing and every time I try to download the eBook library thingy, an error occurs. The first time I tried, I just plugged my eBook reader in and followed the instructions. 8% into the installation, it said there was a problem and that I should check my internet connections. I then repeated this multiple times and got the same result. Then, I logged on to the sony website and attempted downloading it from there. When doing this, it loaded all the way but at one of the last steps an ‘error’ occurred and I had to start over. I then repeated this multiple times to get the same repeated result. This is very frustrating and if anyone has any advice please don’t hesitate to comment.
i have two. one is a dell inspiron and the other is really old dell. i tried it on both
I have the exact same problem.. what kind of computer do you have?
Are you talking about the 543 Ebook Library with many,many books? If THATS the site- its NOT your fault- Ive been trying that Site for Months now. Your just going to have to get them book by book. Here I’ll throw you a few eBook Sites-
