Is there a music program that will transpose my music?

I’m playing Bb Trumpet in the pit orchestra for my high school’s production of “Into the Woods.”
Here’s the catch, the ENTIRE book is for Trumpet in C. Is there a program where I can scan my music into it and it’ll transpose it for me? If so, can I get it for free or can you tell me where and how much? If there isn’t a program, does anyone have the trumpet book already transcribed that they could e-mail me?
Not that I’m aware of but I don’t think you have to go to all that trouble. Since you’re only a half key off, couldn’t you scan the music you have and scan a blank sheet of music lined paper, combine the two and just move it a half note down?
It’s been a few years since I picked up a wind instrument, but it seems like that should work.
