Would you go to an ebook for help for your depression?

Counselling is not helping and much of the literature is too complicated for you. If you knew that you could get the write help through an ebook at a $27 cost, would you use it.

    Are you on an anti-depressant if not you can easily talk to your family Dr. about this, and maybe ask him/her to refer you to a different therapist. I am always weary about things on the internet that claim to be the total solution! Depression is a multi-faceted issue, I am not sure that one book no matter how good is going to solve all of your issues. Good Luck!

    Why would I spend 27 bucks on a E-book about depression when I’m sure I can find FREE advice and E-books that combat depression online .
