What is the best way to promote my fictional ebook?

I just wrote a vampire book with dark ****** undertones called Blood Ties. It is a vampire revenge story that turns into a love story. I was told I did a fantastic job writing it, and the emotions are there, everything is just right, now how to reach my readers.

I have submitted it to a publisher and hope it will be released soon. Now how do I go about promoting the book? Any ideas?

Can anyone help me name a good ebook publisher for my book?

Every ebook publisher I found was either closed to submissions (so many of them were which is so annoying) or did not fit in with my book. My book is a fantasy aimed for readers 11 – 17 years old. It is 29, 381 words long. I also submitted to a few but I don’t know what they’ll say yet (Booklocker rejected me. Under the moon, Club Lighthouse, Lillibridge, and Untreed are still pending approval). I need more suggestions please.
