I would like to have the best instructions on writing and publishing a book, where shall I find such a book?

I have a flare for writing and also a lot of stuff that keeps roaming within the premises of the two halves of my brain. I would like to pen it down for posterity, in the form of a hard cover paper back eddition or an ebook. I would like to get hold of a book that would give me step by step instructions, from starting to the end, including publishing it as a hard cover paper back eddition and ebook, fiction or a fussion for the young or for the old. All information on formating, editing, and writing at every stage of the book.
I need sources, authors, reference books, publishers etc.
