Prior to the switch to the new format, I could write or recieve an e-mail, pull up my address book (list) check the appropiate contacts and forward the e-mail. Now, withthis change I no longer can send a number of people the same message. My wife, who also has a Yahoo account, ON THIS VERY COMPUTER still has the old set up and it works beautifully. She can pull up her address list and perform the task mentioned above, just like old times. Tell me how to “return to the past” Thank you .

Thanks to anyone who can answer why my address book no longer finishes the e-mail address after typing only a few letters. What did I do or has the program changed?

I don’t have an old e-mail address. I trashed my Outlook Express by accident. It’s a shame as Outlook Express was really easy to use while this one is very confusing.

I only use Outlook with my paid e-mail account and I know how to back that up, but what do I do for Yahoo? Do I need to back up addresses and e-mails on Yahoo, or are they stored on Yahoo’s server? If I need to back them up – how? I looked under export and did not see a way to export to CD or DVD only to other programs. I don’t want to export to Outlook because I don’t want it to affect what I have there already
