I’ve searched all up and down Google till page 12 & haven’t found 1 serious review. All I get are scam-like sites that just pressure the viewer into buying the product. So I was wondering if anyone on here has tried the program.& if so..is it legit?

okay i was intrested in this bodyweight program that you can get from ebooks it very good ive heard great reviews from it but my mom will not let me get it so i want a routine that will give me strength and a little muscle mass so the ****** will go crazy nothing like bodybuilding but just enough or you if you can send me an ebook or give me a website with a routine thad be great

I am a 14 year old girl and i have this ebook and want to try this and i want to know how well this would work. I haven’t grown at all in almost 5 months and am worried that i will not reach my potential height!

I have heard many good things about it, but not from anyone I KNOW is a real person, who has bought the program.
I’m really really considering purchasing the program, however, I know that the ebook consists of just weight loss tips, nothing really worth paying for..the thing I want is the diet generator (because I have no idea how to create my own calorie shifting diet).So, here’s my main question, and please, don’t answer unless you have solid proof, which mean that either you have bought it, or somebody you know has…is the program a scam? example: if you buy it, will the give you the basically useless ebook, but then when you try and use the diet generator, force you to sign up for other things before allowing use?
I really like the idea of this diet, however I’ll be pissed if I spend 40 dollars for nothing.But, I would gladly pay that much if they will provide me with meal plans, at no extra cost or fees.

i found this site called Truth About Abs. They claim you can lose belly fat with this Belly Fat Loss ebook. Is This True?
Can i really lose belly fat with an ebook. They claim to be the best Belly Fat Program out there to losing belly fat.

I personaly do have a fat belly. So, This site is kind of tempting to me.
