I’m ready to start selling an ebook on my web site…my first venture in this area…and the guy for whom I wrote it, the sole owner of its copyright,wants me to watermark it as a protection against theft/piracy.
Is watermarking the correct term?
That’s what he called it.
What do ebook publishers do to cut down on theft (w/o spending an arm and a leg)?
This is all new to me, so I did some research. Is there a low cost way of protecting an ebook…at least partially?
I’ve been ready to go ahead with this venture for months now, and I think he just doesn’t understand that you if you want a guarantee of a 0% theft rate in advance you’re better off not going into business.
Any ideas as to how I should explain it to him?

I’ve built a traffic generation system that really does make real traffic(2:1 ratio, unlike anything else that I’ve seen offers this concept for money and whats cool i made it) , now i don’t have enough permissions to post to digital point forums, and i know this would be something that people would want, so i would like to get this out there so people could reap the benefits of having real traffic come to their site safely, hassle free, and no more of this online bs selling stuff that doesn’t work. I can put it in the form of an ebook, but there is an executable that must be run, I’m not absolutely sure where to sell it

Have purchased an ebook on Internet Marketing, very impressive and well written Sales Letter, only to find out later that the product didn’t live up to a fraction of its value. The cost is not even cheap, at US$77 but with full refund, no Question asked guarantee! I’m totally less than satisfied, it turned out what I bought was not what I would expect based on the sales-copy. If it is something with some useful techniques and make some business sense, I would forget about the refund. The ebook is like a re-package from all the “Hyped-up’ Internet products, a very big let-down. It is the first time I bought thru PayDotCom, using PayPal as a very safe payment mode.
The very first time I go thru the contents, It is nothing more than new or what promised. In fact I have some ebook that cost a fraction of the cost but so much useful.
When I email the seller, it was bounced back, so no way to contact. Have check with PayPal but seem it is difficult at the present moment.

I bought this ebook off the internet about a week ago on how to get started making money for paid surveys. So far I’ve made a little bit of money and haven’t had to buy anything else. I was just wondering if anybody else has tried it? their webiste is: secretsofsurveys.com
Thanks Bryan, I will try this out. The only reason I bought this ebook is because it has instructions on how to do paid surveys. Every time I try to do these things they always tell me the survey is filled or I did not qualify. I’ll admit this ebook has helped.
