Is there a good ebook out there to conquer anxiety?

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with ebooks on anxiety. Have you had any luck with these? I’ve found some excellent ones! And now I’d like MORE of them. Tell me your opinions on any particular sites out there that claim to cure anxiety. I’m looking in particular for one that gives me a free class or lesson of some kind before I actually buy the ebook. I really love ebooks because they are easy to read, and are often cheaper than paperbacks. So, any suggestions on ebooks to cure or conquer anxiety would be awesome!!!!!

How do I detox my lungs after 3 years of smoking?

It’s been 4 days since my last cigarette, I’m dry coughing but not much is coming up, what can I do to get all the years of smoking out of my lungs? Any vitamins? I just visited lungdetox.com or something and I’m not spending over $100 on an “Ebook” just for them to tell me what vitamins I need to take that cost just the same. I’m not going to buy any programs or series of books or dvds, I just want to know for free what has worked for you.
