Ebook program

I have some great information and would like to create a ebook, but obviously it needs a website and I do not have the minimum idea on how to create a website for this information. I would like some original graphic design with a ebook cover, “the complete package”, for me to post it on click bank. I would love for people with experience to answer.

I mean fiction ebooks. Like ipmart and astatalk, esnips. please share any other fiction ebook sharing websites you know. Appreciate it.

I’m really desperate. Have to turn in a final assigment for which I need the book Prioritizing Web Usability, but Ive been sick for a week already and the only available copy is in the library but cant be borrowed.. and Im in no condition to go and work there.

Im looking for an Ebook download (or even an audio book) that I can get online, since I need to turn my assigment in on sunday. So far I’ve found one site, but it says it has moved to a new site (which doesnt have the book on it), so I dont really trust to buy it. Can anybody PLEASE help me?

Description:
The goal for this assignment is to create an Address book program with – at a minimum – the following features:

An address must contain at least the first name and last name of a person.

You must be able to insert an address into the address book.

You must be able to search for an address by last name in the address book, and you must be able to find at least one occurrence of that address in case there are one or more in the address book.

You must be able to delete the address that a user has searched for previously, if one was found.

You must be able to display the entire address book

Your address book must be able to use all available memory to store its addresses.
Your address book should also support the following features

An address can contain more fields, perhaps for street, city, zip code, phone number, email address, etc.

You should be able to find all occurances of an address, if there are several (for example, find all addresses of people with surname “Lee”).

You should be able to save your address book data.

You should be able to retrieve the data you have previously saved.
You should be able to sort the addresses using a sorting algorithm of your choice.

Note: You cannot use an array to store addresses.

Can someone please guide me to the right direction for Apple Application development. I have a knowledge of VB .NET, C#, C, C++, and several others.

I come to know Apple use Objective-C as development language, XCode and Cocoa for Application Development in Mac OS X platform.

1. I couldn’t find any Video Tutorials regarding Objective-C, XCode or Cocoa around the web!
Or please suggest any good book or ebook for this learning need.

2. I’m good with Unix Shell programming too, so is it possible to implement my Shell scripts to make any GUI application in Mac OS X. How? if yes then please guide me a way.

I know I would need my own web-site…which I need no help with. but what kind of program do I need to have on that web site to collect the money before opening the e-book and then have the capability to have chapters…in other words people would be able to click on a chapter and it will open the first page of that chapter

What E book program should I buy? And do I need to register for a website? Also, How do you automate your the e book when someone pays with PayPal?

Write a program that calculates the average of a group of test scores, where the lowest score in the group is dropped. It should use the following functions:

- void getScore () should get a test score, store it in a reference parameter variable, and validate it. This function should be called by main once for each of the five scores to be entered.

- void calcAverage() should calculate and display the average of the four highest scores. This function should be called just once by main, and should be passed the five scores.

- int findLowest() should find and return the lowest of the five scores passed to it. It should be called by calcAverage, who uses the function to determine which of the five scores to drop.

Input Validation: Do not accept test scores lower than 0 or higher than 100.

I’m looking for a source code editor software program (like Dreamweaver) that I can use to edit a .exe file on my website. Viewing this file in Dreamweaver only shows mostly little boxes (binary code?). Some text is displayed and one of the lines is “assemblyIdentity type=”win32″ name=”Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls” version=”6.0.0.0″, if that is of any help . The file name is “UClaim Product Installer.exe”. It is one of 3 files zipped with every eBook Product at www.UClaim.com/products.asp . Thank you in advance.

I think its called binary? So I’m looking for an editor that would read binary code, just as Dreamweaver would read html, asp and php? Would it be called a compiler and interpreter? I’m not even sure if my source code is C++. I sure would appreciate it if you or someone could take a look at my file and tell me what editor or compiler or interpreter program I need.
