i have a fine collection of pdf ebooks but, some big name publishers,

one thing i dont like is thats some don’t even have simply index systems built in to navigate the daam book..so i have to write the last page number i was on..then flick through the whole book again..

is there some thing i am missing or it just me…i us adobe acrobat

I purchased the Zune Ebook Creator by Roversoft.

I like the software alot.

I recently bought a new computer and whenever I try to use the software it won’t work on this new computer.

I contacted the publisher he tried to help, but could not resolve it.

I sent him a file, he converted and sent it back to me just fine

Whenever I try to convert the pdf to a jpeg file it says “incorrect pdf file”

I don’t know if it has something to do with the settings on my new computer or what.

Can someone please help me!!

not exactly converting more like reading the text so it would be easily recorded through other software or the same one if possible

Alright. I bought this ebook online with my credit card, right? Well, after I made the purchase, I got a receipt for it sent to my email address. The problem is…I’m unable to retrieve the ebook!!! This is so frustrating! Along w/the receipt (email), there was a link to the ebook, and when I click on it…my computer somehow jammed up, and a dialog box stating, “error reporting” came up, then boots me offline! I’ve tried to contact the author of the ebook, and he’s hasn’t responded yet…ARGH!! I keep trying to download the book, but it’s not working! Do you know what might be the problem, or is there some way I can get a refund? What would you do? I need serious answers, please folks…and thanks.
