How may I opt-out of Yahoo’s e-mail Connections program?

I tried to contact Yahoo! before regarding this matter, and I thought
that they were granting my wish, but apparently not. If I want to contact someone, I’ll use my address book. Deleting names of suggested connections is more frustrating than deleting unwanted e-mail. Yahoo! PLEASE STOP! I BEG OF YOU!
